Commercial Terms

1. Service

These terms govern your use of Consciousness APGPS, a SaaS dashboard for monitoring and steering AI coding agents. The service is operated by Emmanuel Powell-Clark (“Provider”).

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You must be 18 or older and authorised to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or your organisation.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract the underlying infrastructure
• Use the service to process data you do not have rights to
• Circumvent rate limits, authentication, or billing controls
• Resell access without a written reseller agreement

4. Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices are displayed in your local currency where supported; otherwise in USD. We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days’ notice. Refunds are issued at our discretion within 14 days of charge.

5. Intellectual property

The service, including all software, designs, and documentation, is the exclusive property of Emmanuel Powell-Clark. Your data remains yours.

6. Uptime and support

We target 99.5% monthly uptime. Scheduled maintenance is excluded. Support is provided via email at support@consciousness.london. Enterprise SLAs are available on request.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. On termination, your access ends immediately. You may export your data before cancellation.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
